IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training Specialist:
- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop and implement training materials for a new application

Translate complex governmental policies into process and technical documentation

Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, tracking progress and escalating issues as necessary

Perform quality assurance reviews on training materials

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings within an agile team environment
Required Skills for Training Specialist:

2+ years of experience in developing training materials and related documentation
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and similar tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to understand and apply complex governmental policies and translate them into process and technical documentation
