Summary

Our client seeks an experienced and talented Sales Professional to join their team in Charlotte, NC. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for executing sales objectives, generating and qualifying new business opportunities, and increasing market share.

 

Responsibilities
  • Recommend products, materials, and services based on customers’ needs and interests.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and expertise to current and potential customers.
  • Conduct sales calls, provide proposals, and generate new business leads primarily outside of the office.
  • Develop and nurture positive working relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Process bids and follow through with customers to close sales.
  • Collaborate with management to identify sales strategies and develop/implement marketing plans.
  • Meet sales and direct margin budget expectations.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain customer account relationships.
  • Working knowledge of understanding and reading blueprints, as needed.
