Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:
– Lead and manage large, interconnected programs, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
– Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines
– Mitigate project risks and navigate through potential roadblocks and delays
– Champion service excellence and maturity, implementing initiatives to strengthen service quality
– Track and report on project and program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills for Program Manager:
– 5 years of Program Management experience in the Technology or Professional Service field
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
– Proven experience in leading large, interconnected programs
– Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leaders
– PMP Certification is a plus
