IDR is seeking a skilled and experienced Peoplesoft Developer to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. Key Responsibilities:
This role is focused on supporting the integration efforts for the our client's absorption of a local company into the organization's HR system. The Peoplesoft Developer will:
- Work on the integration between PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2, release 37 or 48) and ADP.
- Develop and optimize workflows for sending and receiving data files, including employee demographic data and general ledger payroll files.
- Ensure seamless data transmission and processing between PeopleSoft and ADP or similar software platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration or data-related issues.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer, preferably in HCM.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 or similar versions.
- Prior experience in integrating PeopleSoft with third-party software such as ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
