Insurance Agent, BAYSIDE

Insurance Agency located in Bayside, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a team member for Daniella Smolanick – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Property & Casualty license is preferred or willing to obtain
• Sales experience is required, if not licensed
• Insurance experience is preferred
• Life & Health license is preferred or willing to obtain
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
• Bilingual (a plus) preferably Korean

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage’s, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Handle leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
