Job Description

This is a career position with upward movement opportunities within and outside of this office. This position is designed to start as a Customer Service Representative, learning the systems and rules, as you transition into Customer Service/Sales. The culture is fun and productive. I’m looking for someone with a HUGE personality who is a TRUE self-starter and hard worker.

Insurance experience mandatory. Possession of a Property & Casualty licensing is REQUIRED, Life & Health license is preferred. State Farm team member experience is REQUIRED. If you are not State Farm experience and are not licensed, please do not apply.

We are a hybrid (work/home) office. Must be flexible with the work location.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls to the agency
  • Promote and build good customer relationships as a friendly, helpful, and engaged team member
  • Provide excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service
  • Assist agent and Team Members with a variety of communication tasks
  • Outgoing and customer focused. Be firm but fair
  • ECRM (Salesforce) experience required, and computer skills a must
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Service can include responding to customer inquiries, i.e.: insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submission and billing clarification
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products/services
  • Proactive in problem solving. This is important! Must be able to find answers
  • Ability to work with and support a team of sales consultants
  • Experience and ability to work remotely
  • Complete various marketing tasks. Working knowledge of social media
  • Show strong attention to details and follow up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
