Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Engineer:
- Provide end-user device installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade services
- Assist with office moves and setups
- Participate in minimal migration projects
Required Skills for the Customer Engineer:
- Proven experience in end-user support
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT software and hardware
- Experience in repairing and upgrading IT software and hardware
- Prior involvement in migration projects
- Excellent communication skills
