Sr. Designer/Content Creator (Contract)

We are seeking a talented and energetic Sr. Designer/Content Creator to join a dynamic global marketing team. In this contract role, you will create innovative, social-first content to support the brand identity of a well-known global hospitality company across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, custom content including graphics, illustrations, memes, gifs, and videos for social media.
  • Stay on top of trends and create quick-turn, reactive content that capitalizes on real-time opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver content that meets business and creative objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency while evolving creative concepts to engage diverse audiences.
  • Analyze social media performance data to optimize content strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in a creative or social media-focused role.
  • Proven experience creating social media content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual styles and social media content.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Animation and video production experience.
  • Understanding of popular culture and social media trends.
  • Experience with hospitality or consumer brands.
