As our Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts, understanding their unique insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:
· Market new and renewal business by gathering information, completing applications, and overseeing the entire process.
· Review quotes for accuracy and prepare proposals for client meetings.
· Ensure that all requested coverages are bound and handle the necessary documentation.
· Provide exemplary service to a designated book of business, responding promptly to inquiries.
· Process endorsements, claims, and audits while maintaining strong communication with clients and carriers.
· Collaborate effectively with commercial lines agents to foster a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines client support/management.
· Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
· Adaptability and a commitment to teamwork.
· Required: KY Property & Casualty Insurance License.
